7/19-23/2007: USGP holiday pre-post
This Monday night we got back from our 4-day getaway to see the US round of MotoGP at Laguna Seca. We had a blast. We flew into San Francisco, rented a brand new BMW R1200GS and rode it down to the track, taking in the fantastic vistas from highway 1 all the way. Camped out at the track all the way through Sunday, at which point we rode up to Half Moon Bay, where we spent the night in a hotel with a real shower and a bed. Monday morning, we rode back up to San Francisco, returned the bike and flew home. We did not take any pictures. Instead, this was the first time we used our video camera.
