Alix is quitting smoking, which is awesome. Of course it makes her a little on edge, but it's not too bad. Last night we went to the 24 Hour Fitness on Ocean ave for the second time for pool and hot tub -- good stuff. I am looking forward to working on my swimming more. It's so much easier in terms of required will power than my regular routine, although I might still have to go back to some of it if the R6 proves to be a handful.
